A traditional favourite made to a gluten-free recipe and containing pieces of organic stem ginger. Ingredients:
raw cane sugar, free range egg, sunflower oil, ground almonds, candied stem ginger, brown rice flour, manioc starch, chick pea flour, buckwheat flour, ground ginger, raising agent: gluten-free baking powder, low sodium sea salt. No added yeast. Contains egg and nuts.
