We carry a range of locally smoked items as well as these sustainably fished canned products. Hot smoking cooks the food as well as smoking it and the temperature is raised for the final period of smoking. With cold smoking, the food is smoked for much longer and no heat is applied apart from that generated by the smoke itself. The packs may be frozen until required or consumed within five days. We regret that we can not supply the smoked products outside the UK mainland including Scottish Highlands.
